Long time coming...

Wow- has business ever taken off!! We're sorry and excited all at the same time that it's taken so long to update our blog. We've been packing in the photoshoots during all the nice weather and just can't seem to keep up! We promise we'll get better at letting you see our work we're so proud of.

Trade Show is a success!!

We'd like to thank all of you that came out to see us at the Family Expo and Trade Show at the Forest Glade arena this weekend- it was a definite success. We'll be announcing the winner of our FREE photoshoot shortly and hope they are as excited as we are to do it!

Launching our NEW Photography business!

We are very excited to announce the launch of our new photography business- A Squared Photography!

A little bit of background on us...We are Angela Yakonich and Alicia Higgison (hence, "A" Squared!), two moms who are mildly obsessed with our cameras! After taking some shots of our kids, we discovered that our passion was also our talent- how lucky can we be? We know how important our photos are to each of us, and we wanted to give other's the joy we find in looking at great pictures of our families.

We wanted to start our business with the ideals we had been looking for and never found. We want to make your shoot as natural as possible for your family; leave them in their element, where they're most comfortable. We want that shot that you look at and say "THAT is my kid!" We want to make it unique, something that captures a moment in time that you'll remember forever and are excited to share with friends and family.

We'll work with you to incorporate your personality and ideas into each shot.
We focus on maternity, children and family shoots. With our own kids at home, we understand that convenience and flexibility are key to families, and with that in mind we want to bring our studio to you.
